-to have 1 pair of Bristol stone shoe buckles and 1 mourning ring
2. Elizabeth Dent --niece
-to have the use of Mulatto girl "Henny" during her natural life and at her decease to her eldest child
-to have 1 large earthen jar,
3. Elizabeth Harwood --niece
-to have Negro boy "Nate" or to have the sum of 35 pounds common currency being her choice
4. Joseph Noble Baynes --nephew
-to have Negro man "Jack" and Negro girl "Hanah" to have with conditions
-to have 1 clothes press
5. William Fraser --brother
-to have the sum of 7 pounds 10 shillings yearly during his life to be paid by nephew Joseph as condition for his legacies, but should Negro man "Jack" die before testatrix's brother dies then the condition is revoked.
