KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I EPHRAIM DICKEN of NELSON County & State of Virginia for divers good causes by these presents do appoint my Brother ISAAC DICKEN of County of Culpeper & State aforesaid my true & lawful Attorney for me & in my name to receive the remnant of my Estate & receive & pay all costs of the suit that I have obtained against RICHARD DICKEN & CO., of State afsd. Culpeper, Whereof I have hereunto set my hand -& Md. my seal this 12th day of June 1790
