Francis Grey hath made it appeare that Mr. Jno. Brereton stodd obliged under his hand with security to deliver to Grey an able manservant at the arivall of the second Shipp from Bristoll of which limmetted time Brereton haveing failed, as allsoe faileing to pay Grey's wife £3 sterling for her relinquishment of her thirds for the land bought by Brereton of Grey, it is ordered Mr. Brereton give Grey forthwith one month's labour of an able man servant and £3 sterling.

Christopher Withnell, deceased, stands indebted to his brother Tristram Withnal of London, merchant, £413.14.5 sterling by account. It is ordered that John Bruerton deliver unto Tristram the one half of all lands, goods, chattles, cattle, servants, household stuff and implements of household according to an agreement made between Bruerton and Christopher Withnell in his lifetime (after all debts during their copartnership be satisfied) and Bruerton is ordered to pay Tristram £30 sterling with damages (the bills being brought in protested) and also 2100 pounds of tobacco with costs, the same being due for one man servant and two cases of drams which Bruerton had the last shipping from Tristram Withnell.

The full contents of the order within mentioned with warrants against all persons claiming under Tristram Withnell, Christopher Withnell, his brother, deceased, and Richard Withnell their brother, or by virtue of copartnership between Christopher Withnell and John Bruerton.

Mortgage to secure 30,000 pounds of tobacco to be paid 6000 pounds last of October next, 6000 pounds upon the last of Oct. 1666, 6000 pounds upon the last of Oct. 1667, 6000 pounds upon the last of Oct. 1668, 6000 pounds upon the last of Oct. 1669. Plantation whereon Bruerton now liveth, 250 acres lately purchased of Francis Gray; 1450 acres on Potomack Path near the head of Upper Machodick granted unto John Bruerton by pattent 1 Oct. 1664; all goods, chattles, cattle, servants, household stuff and implements of household in the schedule annexed.
John Bruerton hath put Cuthbert Potter and Robert Osburne in possession for the use of Thurstan Wethnell of all the goods and chattles before mentioned by the delivery of one gun.
Schedule of the goods and chattles above mentioned: Four cows and four calves, three sowes, one feather bed with ap six leather chairs, two guns, one servant named Thomas Sta one ditto named Thomas Tucker, one ditto named Thoms Trif one ditto named William Loxam, and all my other estate whatsoever.
