      Henry Hagan, April 9, 1790; May 30, 1796
      I, Henry Hagan of CC being sick and weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding
      To son Henry Hagan, the plantation whereon I now dwell being a tract of land called Mount Pleasant and it is my will that the said land be divided as soon as my son comes to the age of 21yrs into two equal parts by a line drawn from the lower line along the road up to the woods and that the woodland which I hold within the said tract be divided into two parts for the support of each part of the land divided by the line drawn from the line along the road up to the woods.
      To wife Monica Hagan and son Ignatius Augustine Hagan, one half of the above lands to be divided jointly during the life of my wife in lieu of her thirds and at her death, son Ignatius Augustine Hagan to the use and behoof of him.
      To son Henry Hagan and my three daughters, Henrietta Hagan, Elizabeth Hagan and Violetta Hagan jointly during the singles lives of said daughters and at their death or marriage, to son Henry Hagan to the use and behoof of him.
      To wife Monica Hagan, all the negroes which she brought to me at our marriage with one riding chaise and one bay horse in lieu of her thirds of my personal estate.
      To son Henry Hagan, negroes, Stephen, Leo and his wife Monica, and Mary and her child Anna.
      To daughter Henrietta Hagan, Negroes, Frane and Joe heretofore given to her and negroes Milly and her children.
      To daughter Elizabeth Hagan, negroes, Lewis, Peter, Sall and Terry her mother.
      To daughter Violetta Hagan, negroes; Oswald, Nace, John and Jesse heretofore given to her.
      To son Henry Hagan and three daughters, Henrietta, Elizabeth and Violetta Hagan, remainder of negroes equally divided.
      Item: after paying my just and lawful debts I give and bequeath all my ready money and the crop now growing as for as may be necessary to finish and complete the buildings and repair the houses of the plantation.
      To son Henry Hagan and three daughters, Henrietta, Elizabeth and Violetta Hagan, my lands in Kentucky after they are paid for, {and} all the remainder of my personal estate except negroe boy Ralph ad negroe girl Chloe whom I bequeath to my son Ignatius Augustin Hagan.

      Henrietta Hagan, Will, August 14, 1804; November 6, 1804
      I, Henrietta Hagan of CC, being of sound and disposing mind and memory though weakened in body;
      To sister Elizabeth Hagan, all my third part of the undivided tract "Mount Pleasant" whereon we now dwell. Also my undivided part of "Paynes Second Addition". Also all my personal estate to be disposed of as she shall think proper accepting that it is my desire to give to my sister Letita Hamilton a locket and ring to be worn in rememberance of me. Also that a locket and ring be given to my brother Ignatius Augustine Hagan.
      Executor: brother-in-law William Hamilton and sister Elizabeth Hagan.

      At the request of Thomas Andrew Davis the following Deed was recorded July 1, 1807
      Indenture made June 30, 1807; between William Hamilton and Violetta Hamilton his wife of one part and Thomas Andrew Davis of the other part. Whereas Henry Hagan did by deed and made to Henrietta Hagan, Elizabeth Hagan and Violetta Hagan (who is now the wife of William Hamilton) and bearing date March 10, 1800 did convey all the lands hereafter mentioned to them the said Henrietta Hagan Elizabeth Hagan in the 11th Hagan as joint tenants in fee and whereas Henrietta Hagan has departed this life and whereas William Hamilton and Violetta Hamilton have sold all their interest under the said deed (except and interest which they may claim thereunder in case and upon the condition that Ignatius Augustine Hagan should depart this life without heirs of his body) to Thomas A. Davis for the sum of 750 pounds. Now this indenture witnesseth that William Hamilton in the alleged to Hamilton his wife in consideration of the premises and of the sum of 750 pounds current money paid by Thomas A. Davis has sold all that tract of land called "Mount Pleasant" and "Pains Second Addition".
