      Mrs. Rebecca Bond, relict and executrix of John Bond, proved the will of her late husband by the oathes of Rebecca Bond and Simon Robins and prayed that letters of administration with the will anext might bee comitted to her, which the Court granted provided shee gave in good securitye. Mr. John Newton and Henry Maunders with Rebecca Bond did assume in Court in 20,000 pounds of tobacco. [The Court] order that John Newton, Jeremy Jadwin,
      Henry Maunders and Simon Robins doe appraise the estate on Munday the last day of November and Mr. Thomas Kirton is desired to sweare the appraisers.

      Rebecca Bond petitioned the Court to have the bedding and furniture of her roome for that John Bond had left her but a small estate and five small children. The Court thought the petition and request to bee reasonable and order that Rebecca Bond have her bedding and furniture of her chamber to herselfe without appraisement.

      John Lenham vs. Henry Maunders executor of Jno. Bond, deceased. Henry Maunders came before the Hoborable Coll. Richd. Lee and Leut. Coll. Isaac Allerton and confessed judgment for 837 pounds of tobacco unto Jno. Lenham. Jno. Bond is since dead and the defendant being executor in right of his wife Rebecca, and the petitioner praying that judgment might bee renewed, the Court order that Henry Manders pay.

      Francis Galhampton vs. Henry Manders executor of John Bond. Francis Galhampton setteth forth that John Bond stood indebted unto him 317 pounds of tobacco. The plaintiff did depose that he never had receaved directly or indirectly any part thereof. John Manley, one of the Justices of this Court, did depose that he had heard Galhampton demand the debt of Manders which debt Maunders did owne on board a ship about six weekes since and Symon Robins, atturney with the defendant, pleading the Act of Limitation, the Court overule the plea and order that Henry Manders pay to Francis Galhampton 317 pounds of tobacco. Robbins appeales from the judgment to the fourth day of the next Generall Court. Symon Robbins security for the plaintiff. Benjamin Blanchflower security with the defendant.
      This appeale withdrawne by consent.
