SAMUELL MATHEWES Esqr. &c.. give & grant unto RICHARD FLYNT One hundred & fifty acres of Land scituate & being in the County of Northumberland on the North West side of YEACOMOCO RIVER bounding Northeasterly upon the head of a Creeke wch: issueth out of ye sd. River, Northwesterly upon the Land Pattented by THOMAS SHEAPHARD & JAMES CLAUGHTON, Southerly upon the sd. Creeke & a line of markt. trees running from an Oake tree marked on three sides standing on the Southwest side of a small Creeke or Branch of the aforesd. River & running Southerly into the Maine Woods, this sd. land being due unto the sd.
