Recorded Jun 23, 1735. We, Henry Cook and Eleanor, my wife, for divers good causes and for 3 £, we have sold to John Biggs of CC, planter, a tract of land called St Georges, lying in CC on the north side of Gilberts Swamp, formerly in possession of Marmaduke Sims, father to the afd Eleanor, and left to said Eleanor by said Marmaduke, and afterwards John Sims, uncle to the afd Eleanor, imagining that his brother's right vested in him after his brother's death, left the afd land and premises by his will, unto the afd Eleanor. The land contains 106 acres. Signed Apr 1, 1735 - Henry Cook, Eleanor (± her mark) Cook. Wit - Jno Howard, Robt Yates.
