      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we MARY KAVEY, JOB HAMON and JOHN NAYLOR of County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worspll her Maities. justices of the peace for said County in the full and just summe of one hundred pounds Sterling to the which payment well and truely to be made we bind ourselves our heirs firmly by these presents; As Wittness our hands and seals this fifth day of May 1714
      THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if the above bound MARY KAVEY. Admrx, of the goods chattles creditts of CORMACK KAVEY deced do make a true and perfect inventory of the goods chattles and creditts of the said deced., and the same so made do exhibit into the County Court of Richmond when thereunto required by the said Court and the same goods chattles and credits do well and truely administer according to Lawand further do make a just and true account of her actings and doings therein when thereto required by the said Court and deliver and pay unto such persons respectively as the said Justices shall direct pursuant to the Laws in such cases made and provided, And if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said deced and the Execr. or Execrs. therein named do exhibit the same in said Court making request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly if the said MARY KAVEY being thereunto required do deliver up her Letters of Administration approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the said Court, Then this obligation shall be void and of none effect otherwise to remaine in full force and virtue
