The Last Will and Testament of PATRICK DUNN, deced., was presented in Court by ANN DUNN, his Executrix, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of DANIELL BENTLEY and THOMAS NASH, two of the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record and on motion of the Executrix and her performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted her for obtaining a Probate thereof in due forme

JAMES SUGGITT, EDGCOMB SUGGITT,
GILES WEBB and CHARLES COLSTON or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of PATRICK DUNN, deced., in money, which shall be present-eel to their view and make report thereorto the said next Court; WILLIAM DOWNMAN, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace for this Connty, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraisement of the Decedent's Estate as also to ANN DUNN the Executrix., for her true discovery thereof

GODWIN, to be my true and faithfull Attorney to acknowledge for me and in my name my right and title of Dover wch I have or shall have in a parcell of land sold by my said Husband to PATRICK DUNN his heires ratifying and allowing what my said Attorney shall do according to the true intent & meaning of these presents; As Wittness my hand & seale this last day of Febry: 1715

THIS INDENTURE made the last day of Febry: Anno Dom: one thousand seven hundred and fifteen Between ROBERT BAYLIS of the Parish of Northfarnham in County of Richmond of one part and PATRICK DUNN of the sd: Parish and County of other part; Wittnes-sail that ROBERT BAYLIS for the sum of Three thousand Six hundred and Ninety pounds of good sound merchantable tobacco to him in hand paid; hath sold and made over one parcell of land containing by estimacon One hundred acres included in these bounds; Begining at a Hickory near the Swamp blown up by the Roots; from thence to a stooping Chesnutt near the path that comes to the four dividing Paths and from thence to the four dividing Paths by three Chesnutt trees and from thence along the ROLLING ROAD and up the said Road to an old red Oake opposite to the head of the GUN BRANCH, thence downe the sd, GUN BRANCH to GEORGE RUSSELLs line and along the sd: Line to a red Oake, corner tree of sd: RUSSELL, and from thence to the begining; wch: sd: parcell of land is now in the occupacon of one REBECCA ROBINSON; Together with all houses and heredita.ments to the same belonging; To have and tohold the parcell of land unto PATRICK DUNN his heires to be holden to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the premisses by the rents and services for the same due and accustomed to be paid; And ROBERT BAYLIS for himselfe his heires the parcel! of land shall warrant & for ever defend against any person, In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto sett their hands and seals the day and year above written

ROBERT BAYLIS came into Court and acknowledged this his Deed unto PATRICK DUNN and it was admitted to Record; Also SAMUELL GODWIN by vertue of a Power of Attorney from ELLINOR BAYLIS, the Wife of the said ROBERT BAYLIS, to him in that behalf made, relinquished her the said ELLINOR BAYLIS's right of Dower in the land conveyed in this Deed unto the said PATRICK DUNN and it was also admitted to Record

KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I ROBERT BAYLIS of the Parish of Northfarnham in County of Richmond am firmly bound and obliged unto PATRICK DUNN of said Parish and County in the full and just sum of Seven thousand Three hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco to the which payment well and truely to be made I bind myselfe my heires by these presents; Sealed with my seale and Dated the last day of Febry; one thousand seven hundred & fifteen
THE CONDICON of the above obligacon is such that if the above bounden ROBERT BAYLIS his heires shall well and faithfully observe and keep all covenants contained in one Indenture of Bargain and Sale between ROBERT BAYLIS and PATRICK DUNN wch: ought to be kept according to the true intent of these presents; That then this obligacon to be void and of none effect, else to be & remain in full force power and virtue
