      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee THOMAS TAYLOR & DANIELL HORNBY of County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto ye Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the sd: County in the full & just sum of One hundred pounds Sterling, to the which payment well & truly to be made wee bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents; Sealed with our Seales & Dated ye 6th day of August 1718
      THE CONDITION of this Obiigation is such that if ye above bound THOMAS TAYLOR, Admr. of all ye goods chattles & creditts of WM: TAYLOR deced., do make a true & perfect Inventory of all ye goods chattles & creams of ye sd: deced., and ye same so made do exhibitt into ye County Court of Richmond at such time as he shall be thereto required by the sd. Court. and ye same goods chattles & creditts do well and truly administer according to Law; And further do make a just & true account of his actings & doings therein when thereto required by ye sd: Court and shall deliver and pay unto such persons respectively as ye sd. Justices by their order or Judgment shall direct pursuant to ye Laws in that case made & provided, And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by ye sd. decedÔÇ× and ye Exr. or Exrs. therein named do exhibitt ye same in sd; Court making request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly if ye sd. THOMAS TAYLOR being thereunto required do render & deliver up his Letters of Administration approbation of such Testamt, being first had & made in ye sd: Court; Then this obligation to be void & of none effect, otherwise to remain in full force & virtue
