Wife: Catherine - the plantation whereon I now dwell containing 300 a. of land, for and during her natural life
Son: Henry - all that part or parcel of Land whereon Joseph Neil now dwells containing 224 a. - likewise my now dwelling plantation containing 300 a. after the decease of my wife Catherine - one negroe man called Old Jack and one negroe Girl called Hannah, after the, decease of my wife ... at which time he shall pay the full sum of Fifty pounds to my son Daniel or his heirs
Son: Charles - all that part or parcel of Land adjoining his plantation commonly known by the name of the race ground Lott containing 201 a. - one negroe woman called Cate & one negroe boy called James to him and his Heirs, after the decease of my Wife
Son: Jacob - one negroe man called Sambo and one negro boy called anthony and likewise my clock after the decease of my wife - smiths Bellows and anvil and Tools of all Kinds
