DENNIS LOURDEN this day in open Court assumed to serve Mr. RICHARD BARNES or his assigns seven years in consideration of RICHARD BARNES paying for him a Debt of two thousand nine hundred eighty eight pounds of tobacco; And it is further agreed between them that in case any more Debts appear due from DENNIS LOURDEN that RICHARD BARNES shall pay them, DENNIS LOURDEN serveing him porportionably seven years for two thousand nine hundred eighty eight pounds of tobacco

The Attachment obtained by STEPHEN WELLS against DENNIS LOREDEN's Estate is continued till - TAYLOE v LOREDEN's Estate
The Attachment obtained by JOHN TAYLOE, Gent., from JOSEPH BELFIELD, Gent., one of the Magistrates of this County, against DENNIS LOREDEN for nine hundred forty pounds of tobacco being returned served on DENNIS LOREDENs Estate by WILLIAM HILL, Sub Sheriff, and DENNIS LOREDEN being now called and not appearing, on motion of Plt., Judgment is granted him against the Estate of DENNIS LOREDEN for eight hundred twenty nine pounds of tobacco due upon ballance of Accounts [makeing Oath in Court
it is justly due], with costs als exo; the return is admitted to Record and is as followeth "In Obedience to the above Attachment I went to the House of DENNIS LOREDEN and attacht soe much of the Estate of DENNIS LOREDEN as is of value sufficient to pay the debt and charges; To one Steer and three Cows attacht and secured for an apparisment after further proceedings had at the next Court to be held for this County if soe ordered. August the 8th 1723, p WILLIAM HILL, Sub Sheriff." which particulars it is ordered that the Sheriff of this County cause to be appraised by three men sometime between this and the next Court [they being sworn before a Magistrate of this County] and after haveing soe done that he deliver the same or soe much thereof to JOHN TAYLOE as will satisfye the above Judgment and costs

The Attachment obtained by WILLIAM FANTLEROY, Gent. for JOSEPH BELFIELD, Gent., one of the Magistrates of this County, against the Estate of DENNIS LOREDEN for fifteen hundred sixty three pounds of tobacco being returned served on DENNIS LOREDEN's Estate by WILLIAM HILL, Sub Sheriff, and DENNIS LOREDEN being now called and not appearing, on motion of Plt. Judgment is granted him against the Estate of DENNIS LOREDEN for the sum of fifteen hundred sixty three ponnds of tobacco [makeing Oath in Court it is justly due], with costs als exo, the return is admitted to Record and is as followeth; "In Obedience to the above Attachment, I went to the House of DENNIS LOREDEN and attacht soe much of the Estate of DENNIS LOREDEN as is of value sufficient to pay the debt and charges; seven head of Cattle attacht and
