      Will of Ann Headly, being very sick and weak, dated 20 July 1713.
      My son Robert Headly one cow and calfe, one ewe and 500 pounds of tobacco.
      To my son William Headly one young cow, a ewe and a barrow.
      To my son Henry Headly one flock bed and furniture belonging to it and a pott and a young cow and a ewe, a sow and a barrow.
      To my daughter Barbary Weil [Webb] one cow.
      To my daughter Eliza. Headly one mare and a larg dish, two plates, a porringer, a new feather bed and furniture, to be paid to her at the age of sixteen and a small book.
      To my daughter Ann Headly one young horse and a new feather bed and furniture, to be paid to her at sixteen years of age, and a young cow, a dish, two plates, a porringer and a small pewter cupp.

      THIS INDENTURE made this Twenty second day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twelve Betweene JOHN HARTLEY of the County of WESTMORELAND of one part and JOHN HEADLEY and WILLIAM HEADLEY of said County of WESTMORELAND of the other part; Wittnesseth that said JOHN HARTLEY of the County of WESTMORELAND in consideration of the summa of Five thousand pounds of tobacco paid by JOHN HEADLEY and WILLIAM HEADLEY to him the said JOHN HARTLEY, by these presents doth bargaine sell and confirme unto ye sd. JOHN HEADLEY and WILLIAM HEADLEY their heirs all his right title and interest in a certaine tract of One hundred acres of Land be the same more or less lying in Richmond County upon South side of the MARCHE SWAMP and bounded, Begining au the mouth of a Branch that runeth Southerly out of ye said Swamp betweene this land a a piece of clear ground of ye said HARTLEYs, which was cleared by WILLIAM JOHNSON, and so up the said Branch to another Fork of the said Branch runing South East which divides this land and the land of Doctor ROBERT CLARK, and up the said Branch South East to the Land of JANE SINGER and so North downe the said SINGERs line to the MARCHE SWAMP and downe the MARCHE SWAMP to ye first begining, the tract of one hundred acres of land be the same more or less being part of two Deeds granted to said JOHN HARTLEY from the Proprietors Office, one bearing date the Nineteenth day of July 1697, the other bearing date the twenty eight day of July 1711; as by said Deed relation being thereunto had doth appeare; with all its rights members and appurtenances. To have and to hold the One hundred acres of land and appurtenances unto ye sd. JOHN HEADLEY and WILLIAM HEADLEY their heirs; And the said JOHN HARTLEY for himself his heirs the said tract of One hundred acres of land unto JOHN and WILLIAM HEADLEY shall warrant and for ever defend by these presents from any clayme or claymes of any manner of person or persons whatsoever; In Wittnesse whereof said JOHN HART- LEY path hereunto sett his hand and seale to this Indenture the day and yeare first above written

      JOHN HARTLEY came into Court and acknowledged this his Deed unto JOHN HEADLEY and WILLIAM HEADLEY and it was admitted to Record

      MEMORANDUM: That on the Twenty fifth day of Janry: 1712, peaceable and quiet possession and seizin of the land and premises in this Deed contained the delivery of Turf and Twigg was delivered by ye within named JOHN HARTLEY unto ye within named according to forme and effect of this Deed in the presence of us whose names are hereunder subscribed GEORGE HARRISON JUNR.
