      Upon hearing the Peticon of JOHN GREEN relating to the children of THOMAS SPELLMAN, deed. of whom he alleadged to be uncle. It appearing by the oath of JOHN COOPER that the said SPELLMAN desired that AUGUSTINE WASHINGTON, Gent. should take care of his children the Court are of opinion that the said WASHINGTON ought to keep them and do order that they be bound to him accordingly as the law directs.
