      First, I bequeath my Soule unto God yt. gave It & my body to Christian burriall & my worldly goods I dispose of as followeth, making void all other Wills & Testaments, and appoint this for my last Will;

      - DENHAM fines Att a Court held for Lancaster County the 10th of July last past ROBERT DENHAM of this County then and there did offer a great Contempt to the Authority of the Worshipfull Court then sitting not only by his irreverent behaviour but allso by his, ROBERT DENHAM's, swearing and cursing in presence of the Court; for prevention whereof for the future, it is therefore ordered that for his Contemp to the Court, ROBERT DENHAM doe forfeit and pay to Our Soveraigne Lord the King that now is his heires and successors the sum of one thousand pounds of good sound merchantable tobacco and casque which the Sheriff of this County is forthwith ordered to levie by distress together with all costs it is further ordered that ROBERT DENHAM doe forthwith pay the Fines imposed by Act of Assembly against Offenders for their swearing cursing and drunkeness and also to give security for his behaviour and pay costs.
