THIS INDENTURE made the 24th day of June in the 13th year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the 2nd by the grace of God of Great Brittain France & Ireland. King, Defender of the faith &c., &in the year of our Lord 1739, Between RICHARD ROBINSON of Parish of Cople in County of Westmoreland, Planter. of one part and WILLIAM ROBINSON of Parish of Cople and County of Westmoreland, Planter, of other part: Witnesseth that RICHARD ROBINSON and ANN his Wife in consideration of 1000 of lawfull tobacco to him in hand paid by WILLIAM ROBINSON, the receipt whereof RICHARD ROBINSON and ANN his Wife doth hereby acknowledge, hath and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto WILLIAM ROBINSON all his right title & interest unto a certain parcell of land containing 20 acres be the same more or less now in possession of THOMAS ROBINSON SENR., left by his Father, THOMAS ROBINSON, and his Children as by his Last Will and Testament bearing date the 22nd day of April 1717, Together with all houses orchards and appurtenances to the 20 acres of land belonging; To have and to hold the 20 acres of land and premises with the appurtenances unto WILLIAM ROBINSON his heirs and RICHARD ROBINSON & ANN his Wife and their heirs the premises to WILLIAM ROBINSON his heirs against RICHARD ROBINSON and ANN his Wife and their heirs shall warrant save harmless keep indemnified and forever defend by these presents, In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have interchangable set their hands and seals the day and year first above written

Memorandum: That on the 30th day of October in the year of our Lord 1739 peaceable & quiett possession and seizen of the within premises was given & delivered by RICHARD ROBINSON unto WILLIAM ROBINSON by the delivery of Turf and Twig the said land, To have & to hold the same according to the tenor form and effect of the within written Deed

Westmoreland sct. At a Court held for the said County the 24th day of June 1740 RICHARD ROBINSON personally acknowledged the foregoing Deed of Feoffment for Land passed from him to WILLIAM ROBINSON. also Memorandum of livery of seizen and a Bond for performance of Covenants, And at the instance of the said WILLIAM ROBINSON are ordered to be recorded
