Bill of Sale, I, Ignatius Green of cc, planter, for 25 £, have sold to John Green of CC, planter, all the tobacco and corn now growing or secured in houses on my plantation, and all the fodder, tops, and blades that are now secured on my sd plantation, with 1 cuttoc knife. I, John Green of Fras, for 29 £15 shillings and 6 pence half penny which I owe to Christopher Robinson, Robert Sanderson, and John Rumney, or their attorney in fact for the time being, with legal interest from the date hereof, together with the costs of an action brought by the sd Robinson, Sanderson, and Rumney against me, to Apr Court next, which I hereby likewise agree to pay, now in order to secure sd debt of 29 £15 shillings and 6 pence half penny, I hereby make over to sd Robinson, Sanderson,and Rumney, 1 Negro girl called Luce or Lucy, about 14 years old, together with her increase.
