      To wife Elizabeth Forbes, all my estate real, personal and mixed, all debts due and owing to me whether on open account or in bonds, notes mortages, leases or any other lawful obligatory writing.
      To son John Forbes, my broach and sleeve buttons.
      To son George Forbes, my gold watch.
      As my worldly transactions are both intricate and numerous, I recommend that my son John Forbes be employed to aid and assist in the settlement of my affairs
