      Indenture made June 17, 1791; Whereas Joseph Chew, the elder was in his lifetime seized in fee of a tract in PGCo lying on the north side of the Eastern Branch of Potamack River being part of "Yarrow Head" and containing 120 acres which by indenture bearing date May 31, 1713 did demise and to farm let unto Michael Young [Michel Youri] for the term of 99 years paying on October 10th yearly one ear of corn if demanded. Now this indenture witnesseth that Roger Chew of the town of Alexandria, Fairfax County, Virginia, grandson and heir at law of Joseph Chew, the elder, of Anne Arundel County, Maryland deceased in consideration of 100 pounds current money of Virginia paid by Richard Weightman of the town of Alexandria, Fairfax County, Virginia has sold the aforesaid tract expectant upon the determination of the demise made unto Michael Young [Michel Youri].
