To wife, all remaining pt. of sd. land; at her decease, to son Nathaniel, 250 A.
At decease of wife, to 2 daus. Ruth and Mary and hrs., but so as the sd. Ruth and her husband have that pt. of sd. land and plantation they now dwell on; to wife, the use and levies of slaves called Charles, Hercules, and etc., during her life; at her decease, to son Nathaniel.

To son Edward and hrs., "The Outlett," on Piney Branch., sd. branch falling into Potomack agt., an island formerly laid out for Walter Evans, cont. 600 A.; and personalty.
Testator states that having provided for sons William and James and for daus. Sarah wife of Thomas Harris, and Mary wife of John Bowie, Jr.,, leaves in remembrance to sd. sons £5 each and to sd. daus. a gold ring each.
