Signed - Edwd Offutt. Wit John Bowie Jr, Thos Hilleary, Geo: Parker*, Jams Edmonston*, Nath: Wickham*, Thos Owen*. This deed was acknowledged by Edward Offutt and Eleanor, his wife.
