To son Elisha Williams,, who is now at sea, 1 slave; then sd. slave to (his) wife Elinor Williams, (The paper Is torn - so It to uncertain whether the name Elinor Is meant for the name of wife of son Elisah).
To grand-son Thomas Duckett, 20 pounds sterl.
To son Elisha Williams, remaining pt. of the money that the mill and land is sold for, more than the 20 pounds to Thomas Duckett.

Page 517. Aug 27, 1748 from James Russell & James Wardrop of PG, Merchants, to Thomas Williams Jr of PG, planter. Whereas John Hilleary, by his deed dated Nov 10, 1744, for 426 £16 shillings & 6 pence, sold to sd James Russell and James Wardrop (amongst other things) all that tract of land called
John's Lott, being his late dwelling plantation, containing 200 acres in PC. And whereas by the sd recited deed, there is a proviso for redemption of the premises and other things therein mentioned, upon payment of 426 £16 shillings & 6 pence, with interest, on Dec 24, 1745, which sd sum, or any
part thereof, was not paid to sd John Hilleary, by reason whereof, the sd land and other premises became forfeited to the sd James Russell 5< James Wardrop. Now this deed further witnesses that the sd James Russell & James Wardrop, for 120 £sterling money of Great Britain, the sd tract of land
called John's Lott and all other the premises, and also the estate which sd Russell and Wardrop have to sd land by virtue of sd mortgage. Signed - James Russell, James Wardrop. Wit - Ed Sprigg-, Geo: Gordon-, John Hepburn (a Justice of Provincial Court). Lettice Wardrop, wife to the sd James Wardrop, declared that she made her acknowledgement of the within land, willingly. Indenture made March 10, 1752, Thomas Williams, Walter Williams and Eleanor Williams in consideration of 23 pounds 6 shillings and 8 pence current money paid by Robert Peters has sold Lot Number 23 in the town of Bladenburgh as by the plat of said town. Signed Thomas Williams, Walter Williams, Eleanor Williams in the presence of and acknowledged before Mordicai Jacob, Robert Tyler, Jr., and at the same time the {un-named} wife of Thomas Williams relinquished her right of dower.

Indenture made April 3, 1770; between John Hilleary, carpenter, son and heir at law of John Hilleary, deceased of one part and Thomas Williams, son and heir at law of Thomas Williams, deceased. Whereas John Hilleary in his lifetime on November 10, 1744 did sell and convey unto James Russell and James Wardrop a tract called "John's Lott" being the late dwelling plantation of the said John Hilleary, deceased containing 200 acres with a proviso in the deed that if the said John Hilleary, deceased should well and truly pay unto the said James Russell and James Wardrop on January 24, 1745 the sum of 226 pounds 16 shillings and 6 pence current money with legal interest then the said deed to be void. And the said date being had lapsed and the said sum of money and interest not being paid the said James Russell and James Wardrop afterwards by their deed bearing date August 27, 1748 did sell the aforesaid tract of land unto Thomas Williams, deceased. And whereas the said John Hilleary party hereto is entitled as heir in law to the equity of redemption in the said tract and doubts having arisen whether part of a tract called "Good Luck" containing 80 acres hereto for sold and conveyed by Joseph Belt to John Hilleary, deceased adjoining the other said tract called "John's Lott" upon which parcel of land called "Good Luck" the dwelling house of the said John Hilleary, deceased was situated and was intended to be conveyed by his said deed to James Russell and James Wardrop. Now in order to release the equity of redemption of John Hilleary and to the said mortgaged land as to avoid and clear of the doubts aforesaid and to confirm and assure the said parcels of land called "Good Luck" and "John's Lott" to the said Thomas Williams. This indenture witnesseth that John Hilleary in consideration of 52 pounds 10 shillings sterling money of Great Britain paid by Thomas Williams has sold and transferred by these presents all the aforesaid tract called "John's Lott" in the several deeds aforesaid mentioned containing 200 acres and also that parcel of land called "Good Luck" containing 80 acres with all provisos, covenants, conditions and powers of redemption respecting the land aforesaid in the first above recited deed and also all the estate right title interest used trust property claim and demand equity of redemption in right and title of equity of redemption whatsoever of him the said John Hilleary to and out of the aforesaid parcels of land. Mortgage, recorded at the request of Messrs Osborn Sprigg and Thomas Williams. Jul 22, 1747 from Benjamin Berry of PG, innholder, to Osborn Sprigg and Thomas Williams of PG, planters, for 50 £15 shillings sterling, the following tracts of land, viz, all that tract of land in Page called Long Lane, containing 77 acres. Also all that tract of land in Page called Berrys Grove, containing 70 acren. Also, all that tract of land in Page called Berry's Fancy, containing about 230 acres. If, however, sd Benjamin Berry, pays to sd Sprigg and Williams, the afd sum and interest, on May 1, 1748, then these presents shall cease. Signed - Benj . Berry. Wit - Jo Belt Jr*, Thomas Brooke Jr*. I Cave Williams, widow of Thomas Williams lately deceased in consideration of 5 shillings sterling money paid by Mary Williams and Amelia Berry have sold and released by these presents unto them all my right title property and estate and all my right and title of dower in and to the said lands and premises and the aforesaid deed. I Benjamin Berry, planter eldest son and heir at law of Benjamin Berry, deceased in consideration of 5 shillings sterling money paid by Mary Williams & Amelia Berry have sold demise release and forever quit claimed by these presents the aforesaid lands.
