      Indenture made October 8, 1757; Between Turnor Wootton and Elizabeth Wootton his wife of one part and William Turnor Wootton of the other part. Witnesseth whereas Josias Willson, deceased, did by his last will and testament bequeath unto his wife, then Elizabeth Willson now the wife of Turnor Wootton the one moiety of his land called "Land Over". Now this indenture witnesseth that Turnor Wootton and Elizabeth Wooton his wife in consideration of 5 shillings and the love and good will that they have unto William Turnor Wootton and divers other considerations doth give the aforesaid moiety of land called "Land Over" containing 320-1/2 acres.
