      "being in period sound mind and 'Memory
      Bequeaths to:
      1. Velender Williams --daughter
      -to have 77 acres of land called -Magruder's Resurvey" lying on the east side of the Western Branch
      2. Walter Williams --son
      -should Velinda die w/out heirs then to have the land lett to her
      -to have the sum of 50 pounds specie and also one third part of a fishing seine and boat.
