mm note: The 12 Dec 1688 deed of gift was recorded in the court of 11March1694 to show the actualization of the conveyance of Alexander's plantation and other material items to daughter Sarah. the inventory doesn't automatically do that.
Alexander's inventory was recorded by Sarah as adminstrator 24 March 1689 so Sarah married Henry Hawkins sometime between the 12Dec1688 gift and the 24Mar1689 inventory.
Sarah to have plantation where I now live at the head of Wicomico River, servants, goods, chattel, Negroes, stock of cattle, hogs, horses, mares, and whatever goods I possess at the time of my decease
the first child was born jan 1689/90
