      The following deed provides evidence that Elizabeth Yate married Thomas Plummer Jr as stated in the 2007 book "The Thomas and Elizabeth (Smith) Plummer Family" (certainly Thomas Plummer was no longer alive in 1703).

      1703 deed for "Rich Level" lot from Thomas and Elizabeth Plummer to Col Henry Darnell.
      "This Indenture made this twenty sixth Day of August and in the year of our Lord God One thousand seaven hundred and three between Thomas Plummer and Elizabeth his wife of
      Prince George Coty ... of the One part and Coll Henry Darnall of the said County of the other part
      Whereas ... Did give and grant unto George Yate ... a certaine Tract of Land called the Rich Levell ... the said George Yate did by his last will and Testament ... Did bequeath unto his Daughter Elizth Yates Alias Plummer party to these presents ... the remaining part of the
      afore Rich Levell to her and her heirs for ever ...
      Wittnesseth that the said Thomas and Elizth for and in Consideracon of the summe of twenty two pounds sterling to them in hand paid ... by the said Col l Darnall ... the said Thomas and Elizth doe ... all that remaining part of the said tract of Land ... give grant bargain sell ... unto the said Coll Darnall ..."
