      Indenture made November 30, 1772; Ninian Beall, Sr., planter in consideration of 32 pounds current money paid by his son Thomas Beall, planter has sold parts of three tracts: "Wilson's Fork" conveyed by Thomas Wilson, Jr. to Ninian Beall for 55 acres on July 8, 1724, Liber I folio 659; and two parts of "Game Field Enlarged" the first part containing 133 ¼ and the second part containing 15 ½ acres. Signed Ninian Beall, Sr. in the presence of and acknowledged before Christopher Lowndes, Richard Duckett, Jr. and at the same time Catherine Beall wife of Ninian Beall relinquished her right of dower

      Indenture made October 11, 1783; Thomas Beall in consideration of 390 pounds specie current money of said state paid by Peter Carns has sold parts of tracts about 3 or 4 miles from Bladensburg, to wit; "Fathers Gift" surveyed for Ninian Beall and by him assigned to his son Thomas Beall the present party on March 24, 1761 and beginning at a bounded spanish oak standing on top of the hill on the east side of the plantation then in the possession of Ninian Beall, now deceased and laid out for 31 acres; "Wilsons Fork" containing 55 acres; two parts of "Game Field Enlarged"the 1st part containing 133 ¼ acres and the 2nd part containing 15 ½ acres. Which the last three mentioned tracts were conveyed by Ninian Beall to Thomas Beall by deed bearing date November 30, 1772 and recorded in Liber BB, No. 2, folio 196, 197 and 198.; "Addition to Wilsons Fork" surveyed for Thomas Beall on September 26, 1771 containing 36 acres; Simons [Symons] Lott Enlarged containing 12 ½ acres conveyed by John Brown, shoemaker to the said Thomas Beall on a deed of exchange bearing date March 1, 1783 which said six parts of tracts are contiguous to each other and contained in the whole 283 ¼ acres. But out of this deed only is excepted a part of the second mentioned parcel of "Wilsons Fork" containing 6 ¼ acres which Thomas Beall conveyed on a deed of exchange to John Brown, shoemaker bearing date March 1, 1783 and reduces the quantity to 277 acres. Signed Thomas Beall in the presence of and acknowledged before Christopher Lowndes, Abraham Boyd and at the same time Lucy Beall wife of Thomas Beall relinquished her right of dower
