      Indenture made April 8, 1779; John Turner and Sarah Turner his wife of the colony of Virginia in consideration of 125 pounds common money of the state paid by John Webster of PGCo has sold to him during her life the third part of a parcel called "Atheys Choice" laid off by Peter Dent containing 67 2/3 acres.
