      Indenture made June 8, 1762; William Hatton son and heir of Joseph Hatton, deceased in consideration of the rents and covenants herein after expressed hath demised granted and to farm let by these presents unto Nathaniel Hatton his brother all those lands expressed in and by the last will and testament of the aforesaid Joseph Hatton, deceased to be devised to Richard Hatton and John Hatton sons of the said Joseph Hatton by the said last will which said lands have become the right of William Hatton by the death of the said Richard Hatton and John Hatton without issue. To have and to hold during the term of 99 years yielding and paying unto William Hatton upon the 1st day of December yearly the full and just sum of 20 shillings sterling.
