To wife, several slaves; at her decease, to return to my hrs., hereafter mentioned,
To my honoured father, my wearing apparels, to be delivered to him immediately at my decease.
To sd. father, land lying at the head of Fryer's Creek, now in the tenure of Francis Poston and John Williams.
To sd. father, during his life, some slaves, certain ones.
To my honored grandmother, during her lifetime, certain slaves,
To nephew Thomas Baden and hrs,, tract which I bought of John Wright, lying at the head of Spycer's Creek;
to sd. Thomas Baden, 1 slave.
To sister Lettice Naylor, slaves.
To nephew Robert Baden and hrs., land called "Lawsons" Lot 100 A., slaves.
At the decease of my father and mother, the tract of land bequeathed him, be then the right of nephew Thomas Baden.
Certain slaves to be divided amongst the child, of sister Martha Baden; child. of sister Lettice Naylor.
At decease of wife, her slaves be divided bet. my 2 sisters Martha Baden and Lettice Naylor.

At the request of William Poston, the following deed was recorded on Nov 21, 1750.
Nov 14, 1750 from Francis Poston of Prince Georges County, to William Poston of CC, for 2000 lbs tobacco, a parcel of land, being part of a tract of land in cc called Poverty, containing 82.3 part of an acre which was devised to sd Francis Poston by his father, John Poston, as by his will, dated Dec 12, 1739. Signed - Francis (F his mark) Poston. Wit - Will Eilbeck, Jno Winter. Sarah, wife of the within named Francis Poston, released her dower.

Indenture made March 24, 1756; Thomas Brooke, Jr., planter in consideration of the rents has demised and granted to farm let unto Francis Poston, planter, 56 ¾ acres of "Brookfield" beginning at "Bodkin's Quarter" belonging to Thomas Contee, for the term of 15 years from the day and year above written paying yearly 1000 pounds of crop tobacco on the 10th day of April. 1759-1763 Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records Liber RR [Abstract by Mike Marshall]; Page 164. At the request of William Poston the following Mortgage was recorded October 13, 1761
I Francis Poston, planter of PGCo in consideration that my brother William Poston of Charles County, Maryland planter has this day for my proper debt become bound with me unto Philip Key of St. Mary's County Maryland in the penal sum of 120 pounds sterling conditioned for the payment of 60 pounds sterling money by the said Key this day paid unto me have bargained and sold and by these presents sell and due form of law for Negro slaves which are now in my possession; Philis, Andrew, Dick and Nancy. To hold the said Negro slaves provided nevertheless that if Francis Posten do well and truly pay unto Philip key the said sum of money then this bill of sale to be entirely void. Witness my hand and seal this September 23, 1761, Francis Posten in the presence of Philip key, Jeremiah Leach and acknowledged before Nathaniel Magruder
