To neph. Thomas Ramsey, eld. dau. Eliza:, 2nd dau. Charity, young. dau. Sarah, at marriage or 16 yrs. of age, personalty. In event of death of either dau. her estate to pass to her sisters. Should any son afsd. die under age or without issue his share of real estate to pass to eld. dau. afsd.
