To son Thomas Andrew Dyson, lands that I possess to him; If he shd. decease without male issue, lands to be divided between sons Aquilla Dyson and Samuel Turner Dyson; one cow marked In the proper mark of Mary Turner, widow of Samuel Turner, these I give him In lieu of 2 heifers his grandfather Dyson left him.
To son Aquilla Dyson, 1 slave, but in case the hrs. of John Chunn shd. recover sd. slave from son Aquilla Dyson or his guardian, then Aquilla to be made equal, which with my 3 children: Winefred, Mary and Samuel Turner Dyson, out of their 3 different parts; but in case the hrs, of John Chunn shd. not recover sd. slave from Aquilla. or his guardian, to dau. Mary Dyson a slave. Mentioned 4 children: Winefred, Aquilla, Mary and Samuel Turner Dyson.
I will that sons Thomas Andrew Dyson and Aquilla, be put under nephew Bennett Dyson, and he to be their guardian until 21,
