To son Aquilla Dyson, 1 slave, but in case the hrs. of John Chunn shd. recover sd. slave from son Aquilla Dyson or his guardian, then Aquilla to be made equal, which with my 3 children: Winefred, Mary and Samuel Turner Dyson, out of their 3 different parts; but in case the hrs, of John Chunn shd. not recover sd. slave from Aquilla. or his guardian, to dau.
