To wife Deaden, extx. use of all of estate during life or widowhood then all my estate to be sold and money divided among all my children (unnamed) equally.
To daughters, Anna & Milesant KING, 5 pounds more than their equal share.
Wit.: William POSTON, Edward POSTON, James WATERS.

Mortgage_ Jun 12, 1758 from William Johnson of CC, planter, to Philip Key of St. Mary's County, for 4100 lbs of inspected crop tobacco & 4 a tract of land called Keys Purchase in CC, & containing 50 acres; also, part of Johnsons Purchase at the southernmost end thereof, being also 50 acres, which Lands were devised to the sd William Johnson by his father, Samuel Johnson, by his will dated Nov 10, 1748. If, however, sd William Johnson pays the tobacco & money afd with lawful interest thereon to sd Key by Jun 10, 1762, then every clause & warranty herein to be void. Signed - William Johnson. Whereas the within land was lately conveyed to me by a deed, and whereas for the consideration within mentioned, is sold to Philip Key, now I hereby, in consideration of the premises, agree to the sale of the within land to sd Key, and hereby assign my right to sd land to sd Key.
