Bond = 1000 £ Appraisers: Joseph Simms & Wm Gray. On Jan 10, 1778, the inventory was recorded, amounting, with the cash in the house included, to 208 £9 shillings 5 pence.

Items mentioned include: 3 beds and furniture, 6 chairs, 1 small trunk, 27 £of cash, 1 pair hadmil stones, some old books, 14 old hogs, 3 shoats, 4 pigs, 18 sheep; 1 Negro man called Warry, 1 ditto called Ben, 1 Negro girl called Nell; 1 mare colt, 2 mares, 1 horse, 1 shoat, 1 grindstone, 2 steer, 5 cows, 5 yearlings, 1 heifer, 1 cow and calf, 3 cows, 1 bull_ Total: 208 £9 pence 5 shillings.
