Bequeaths to:
1. Susannah (Edelen ?) —daughter
-to have the testator's plantation whereon he now lives being part of a tract of land cont. 100 acres and to be hers as long as she lives single
-to have Negro "Boswell" son of Jean" (?) and Negro "Cecely" daugbter of "Sophy"
2. Walter Edelen --son
-should testator's daugbter Susannah marry, then to have the above 100 acres of land and dwelling house and other houses immediately after her marriage or death
-to have all that tract of land which the testator purchased from Thomas Digges of Warburron the tract of land cont. 130 acres
-named executor of the will and instructed that $40.00 to be distributed for charitable purposes at Walters discretion
3, John Nathan Edelen
-should testator's son Walter die wlout heirs, then to have the I 00 acres of land and dwelling house, etc.
4. Heirs of testator's deceased son Thomas Edelen
-to have the sum of 50 pounds current money
5. Bartholomew Edelen (7) --son

I, George Dyer of CC, being of sound mind altho weak in body;
To wife Sarah Dyer, all my property both real and property during her natural life, and her death to grandson George Henry Gardiner at age of 21 yrs; but if he dies before 21 yrs, then 1/3 part to brother Thomas Dyer, 1/3 to brother Giles Green Dyer and the residue to the heirs of deceased brother Francis Clements Dyer.
To poor of lower Zachia congregation, 10 pounds current money
Item: it is my will that my executors collect all the debts due me, and sell all the tobacco in my possession, and purchase bank stock and the profits arising be applied to the education of my grandson George Henry Gardiner.

-to have the testator's houses and plantation wbereon lie now lives being part of his tract of land called Peakham and to be laid off to cont, 100 acres and to be laid off as uniform and complete as may he having respect to the outlines of the whole tract with the situation of cleared and uncleared land and to be
laid off as provide a sufficient supply of timber and to have the above for her natural
-to have the remainder and residue of the estate
-named executrix of the will
2. Thomas Clarkson --son

-to have the remainder of the tract of land cont. 200 acres and to be divided equally between them and at widow's death the other 100 acres to be divided equally between them

-whereas the testator's father Thomas Clarkson did by his last will devise and bequeath to the testator's mother Sarah Clarkson several Negroes and property and at her death to be divided among 10 children as specified by the will, and whereas the testator's mother is still living, then at her death the share of the Negroes and property belonging to the testator to be divided among his 4 children

Indenture made September 9, 1790; Whereas Enoch Magruder, Gentleman, deceased father of Eleanor Magruder, now Eleanor Burgess wife of John Magruder Burgess, by his last will and testament did bequeath to her in fee simple part of land being part of several tracts. Now this indenture witnesseth that John Magruder Burgess and Eleanor Burgess his wife in consideration of 5 pounds paid by Giles Dyer have sold the aforesaid lands containing 100 ½ acres, beginning at a bounded hickory a boundary of Dyer's land and bounded by "Venial" or "Foxes Den", the 3rd boundary of "Battersea", the main road that leads from Piscattaway up by Elisha Lanham's.
