      I, Sarah Gray of CC being sick and weak conditioned but of sound and perfect memory
      To my half-brother, James Gray Evans, negroes Priscilla, Terry, Fama, one bed and furniture, hat overcoat, one pair of silver shoe buckles, one gold ring that is cracked and a pair of go{l}d Bobs, also broken, one hundred pounds specie and all the residue of my estate that is not mentioned in this will.
      To my cousin Ann Gray, my saddle and bridle and all my wearing clothes.
      To my uncle Jeremiah Gray, one maple desk,
      To my father in law John Coby all the wearing cloaths that fell to me by the death of mother, and one gold ring.
      It is my will that the negroes willed to my half-brother James Gray Evans shall remain in the possession of my father in law John Coby until he reaches 21yrs.

      Alexander Evans' Will.
      I, Alexander Evans of CC, am of sound and perfect mind and memory.
      To my wife Elizabeth - during her life in widowhood and until my sons Francis Evans & James Gray Evans arrive at age 21 years, a tract of land called Grays addition, containing about 97 acres, deeded to me by James Munkester. Also part of a tract of land called Grays purchase, containing about 3 acres, deeded to me by James Munkester. Also part of a tract of land called Breets good chance, deeded to Alexander Evans for 50 acres. Also part of the sd tract of land called Breets good Chance, deeded to Alexander Evans for 103 acres by Allen Martin.
      To my son Francis Evans - when he arrives at age 21 years, a tract of land called Grays Addition, deeded to Alexander Evans for about 97 acres by James Muncaster.
      Also, a tract of land called Grays purchase, deeded to Alexander Evans for about 3 acres by James Munkister, Also 35 acres of land, to be laid out of 50 acres, being part of a tract called erects good Chance, deeded to Alexander Evans for 50 acres by Allen Martin, I also will that Francis shall not disturb or take the afd lands from my wife Elizabeth while she remains in widowhood.
      To my son James Gray Evans - part of a tract of land called Breets good Chance, deeded to Alexander Evans by Allen Martin for 103 acres. Also 15 acres, to be laid out of the 50 acres being part of the tract of land called Breets good Chance, deeded to Alexander Evans by Allen Martine, to be laid adjoining on the other which I have given to my son, James Gray Evans, to receive the sd lands in possession when my sd son shall arrive at age 21 years. I also will that James Gray Evans shall not disturb or take the use of the above mentioned lands from my wife Elizabeth while she shall remain in widowhood.
      The rest of my estate, Negroes, household furniture, horses, cattle, hogs, and sheep, to be equally divided amongst my wife Elizabeth, my son Francis Evans, and my son James Gray Evans,
