10 Aug 1808; James Beall, late of Montgomery County, Maryland, decd, did give to his wife, all real and personal estate and at her death the same was to be divided between Marguery Lovelace, wife of William, three bro. and sisters and their heirs. Margaret and Marguery having since departed....[various heirs of Marguery and William] appointed William Lovelace to recover from Daniel Bealle, adm. for estate of late James Bealle, our shares of sd. estate (Columbia County, GA Deeds 0.309)
1 Oct 1771 - William Lovelace sold mother's bequest from John Baptist Lovelace in Hermitage to step-father, Thomas Robey. Deed was recorded on 28 Oct 1771. William personally appeared to fix his seal.
