Mar 28, 1769 from Isaac Lovelace of Frederick County, to Thomas Robey of the county afd, for 20 £ a tract of land called Jobs Comfort, lying in CC, bounded by Lovelaces Addition, containing 121 acres as per certificate dated Aug 29, 1750, and all mines excepted,
gold, silver, copper, lead, tin, and iron, which excepted in the [this] case.
