      If you look in Archives of Maryland, Archives of Maryland, Vol. 49, Page 354, you will see that the first wife of Thomas Alcock/Allcoks/Alcox etc. (who was killed by Indians in the 1660's along with her child or children) was Rachel Alcock. In the record there she is right next to John Lumbrozo who was the guy Thomas sued because Lumbrozo bought the family possessions from the Indians who killed his family. It's an interesting situation. Although the Charles Co. court refered the case to the Provincial Court it never got there because the parties settled the case
