Thomas Tolley and sureties, Henry Pinckney, Edward Rummey,Charles Kilborne,Christopher Sinythers and William Gibbons,AACo,Gent; are firmly bound to John,Samuel and Elizabeth Maccubbins,sons and daughter of John and Deborah Maccubbins in the sum of 150 pds. Dated 15th March 1707. The conditions of the above are that Thomas Tolley pay the sum of 60pds. and a negro girl named Nell according to the will of Samuel Howard,late of this county decd.
