      Item. I give to my four sons Samuel Maccubin, William Maccubin, Zacharier Maccubin, Moses Maccubin two hundred ackers of Land lying on the north side of South River known by the name of Wordrape to be equally divided betwixt my aforesaid four sons both in quantity and quality to them and their heyers for ever.

      Item I give unto my Son John Maccubin [the dwelling plantation] whereon I now live, known by the name of Bramton being one hundred and forty ackers on the North side of South River being to him and his heyres for ever.

      My wife Ellenor Maccubin having her life time in the aforesaid hundred and forty ackers of Land accordin to Law.

      Item. I give unto my wife Ellenour Macubin my personal Estate and to be at her disposing for the good of her children as she shall think fit. And if my wife shall marry after my decease, then my four aforesaid sons Samuel, William, Zaccariah and Moses shall be at age of eighteen yeares. But if she shall remaine a widow then not to be of age until they are twenty and one yeares old.

      April 24, 1733. In the name of God, Amen, I, Moses Maccubbin of Anne Arundel County, Gent., being sick and weak in body but of sound disposing mind and memory, praise be to God for the same, do therefore make my last will and testament in manner following, vizt.
      Imprimis. I give and bequeath unto my three sons Thomas Maccubbin, Moses Maccubbin, and Charles Maccubbin, my dwelling plantation with all ye lands thereto belonging to them and their heirs forever to be equally divided between them and their heirs.
      Item. I will and desire that after my just debts are paid and funeral charges discharged that my perfonal estate be equally divided between my six children, and do hereby appoint my brother Mr. Zachariah Maccubbin and my friend Mr. John Beale my trustees to see my will performed by my executor hereafter named.
      Item. It is my will that my personal estate lie at ye resque of my children and not of my executor, unless my trustees or survivor of them shall see cause to the contrary, and if they shall, then it shall and may be lawfull for them or the survivor of them to have my children's estate exposed to public sale, and the money arising therefrom to be secured to my children as the law directs and appoints.
      Item. I give and bequeath unto each of my trustees a ring of twenty shilling price.
      Item. It is my will that my executor do not commit any waste on my land nor use the same in any other manner than he shall be directed or allowed to do by my trustees aforesaid or survivor of them until my land shall be divided between my three sons as aforesaid.
      Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Thomas Maccubbin my full and whole executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made and confirming this to be my last will and testament, in testamony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of April 1733.

      Signed, sealed, published and declared to be the last will and testament of the said Moses Maccubbin in the presence of the words of, and they being first interlined, John Humphreys, Thomas Jobson, and William Stevenson.
      Prerogative Office, 24th April 1733, came the Reverend Mr. John Humphreys and Thomas Jobson, two of the subscribing evidences to the aforegoing will, and made oath on the Holy Evantels that they saw the testator Moses Maccubbin sign and seal and heard him publish pronounce and declare the within instruments of writing as his last will and testament, and that to the best of their knowledge and apprehension, he was at ye time of his so doing of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding and that they, the aforesaid, John Humphreys and Thomas Jobson, together with William Stevenson as witnesses subscribed the said will in the presence and at ye request of the said testator.       August 9, 1736. The second additional account of Thomas Rutland of Anne Arundel administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels, and credits which were of Moses Maccubin, late of the county aforesaid, deceased at the time of his death and not heretofore administered to by Thomas Maccubbin, his executor, with a copy of the deceased will annexed.
