Nov 25, 1755 from William Sisson of CC, planter, to Thomas Nelson, for (blank] lbs of tobacco and for divers other good causes, a certain parcel of land belonging to a tract of land called Hudsons Rest, and being the third part of 100 acres, which 100 acres "has been willed to his wife of the said Nelson, by Thomas Hudson, and the third part being claimed as a right of the said Sison, by the property of his wife the Widowes the said Hudson". To have and to hold, the afd land unto sd Nelson, without any trouble from him, sd William Sisson or any persons claiming under him, sd William Sisson, or his wife, Elizabeth.
