      Indenture made March 4, 1753; Richard Adams of Charles County, Maryland in consideration of 15 pounds paper currency paid by Joseph Barker of Charles County, Maryland has sold part of a tract called "Nailor's Range" containing 140 acres lying in PGCo and on the west side of Zachia branch. Signed Richard Adams in the presence of and acknowledged before Henry Truman, John Hawkins, Jr., and at the same time Tabitha Adams wife of Richard Adams relinquished her right of dower.
