      Indenture made October 7, 1793; Edward Clarkson of PGCo in consideration of 500 pounds current money paid by Goerge King of Montgomery County, Maryland has sold a PGCo tract called "Clarksons Nonesuch" containing 178 ½ acres being a resurvey on "Nonesuch" {original patented by John Cofer on Feb 1, 1670 for 200 acres} and bounded by Hinsons Branch, "Locust Thickett", "Friendship".
