In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this December 13, 1775, Thomas Clarkson in the presence of and acknowledged before John Baynes, Luke Marbury and at the same time Sarah Clarkson s/o Thomas Clarkson relinquished her right of dower

      Indenture made August 2, 1792; Thomas Clarkson and Joseph Clarkson, planters in consideration of 800 pounds current money of Maryland paid by Henry Rozer has sold a tract called "Rozers Gift" where their mother Sarah Clarkson now resides and has a life estate being part of "Admariothria" formerly conveyed to William Clarkson by Notley Rozer as by deed bearing date May 27, 1759 containing 159 acres.
