      To dau Ruth Conn wife of James Conn 100 acres of land 50 acres of which is called Martins Fancy and the other 50 acres is land called Isaacs Park and to be taken out of the latter tract on the north side of a road that leads from testator's houst to Martins Fancy.
      To dau Elizabeth Jones wife of Joseph Jones to have 40 acres of land whereon she now lives being pt of a tract called Isaacs Addition lying on the Paint Branch & to have the sum of 30 pounds.
      Son Jacob Isaac to have testator's rifle and wearing apparel.
      Dau Sarah Conn wife of George Conn to have the sum of 30 pounds.
      Dau Alice Church wife of Jonathan Church to have the sum of 30 pounds.
      Wife Sarah Isaac to have the rest and residue of the estate both real and personal for her natural life or widowhood.
      Daus Martha Isaac Rachel Isaac Jemima Isaac and Carolina Matilda Isaac at widow's decease or remarriage to divide the residue of the estate both real and personal between them including land, Negroes, stock, household furniture, plantation utensils, and crops of tobacco, corn, fodder, wheat, and rye.

      Indenture made February 6, 1778; George Conn and James Conn, planters in virtue of and act of assembly concerning estates tail and in consideration of 427 pounds 10 shillings currency paid by Adam Craig, taylor has sold part of a tract called "Hudsons Range" and containing 171 acres and bounded by Titts Branch. Signed George Conn, James Conn in the presence of and acknowledged before Christopher Lowndes, Richard Henderson and at the same time Sarah conn wife of George Conn relinquished her right of dower

      Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records 1780-1784; Liber FF 1 {Abstract by Mike Marshall}; Page 62. At the request of Josias Shaw the following Act of Assembly & Deed was enrolled September 16, 1780
      An act to make valid a deed from George Conn to Josias Shaw of Prince George's County. And whereas it appears that George conn in consideration of 87 pounds current money paid by Josias Shaw executed a deed of bargain and sale dated November 3, 1778 for the eastern part of a tract originally called "Locus Point" but now called "William and Ann" containing 29 acres and bounded by a tract called "White Lackington" and the Beaverdam Branch, and the deed was acknowledged before two Justices of PGCo but from some accident the deed has not been recorded within the time limited by law. Be it enacted by the general assembly of Maryland that the clerk of PGCo shall record the said deed within 6 months after the end of this present session of assembly.
