      To dau Ruth Conn wife of James Conn 100 acres of land 50 acres of which is called Martins Fancy and the other 50 acres is land called Isaacs Park and to be taken out of the latter tract on the north side of a road that leads from testator's houst to Martins Fancy.
      To dau Elizabeth Jones wife of Joseph Jones to have 40 acres of land whereon she now lives being pt of a tract called Isaacs Addition lying on the Paint Branch & to have the sum of 30 pounds.
      Son Jacob Isaac to have testator's rifle and wearing apparel.
      Dau Sarah Conn wife of George Conn to have the sum of 30 pounds.
      Dau Alice Church wife of Jonathan Church to have the sum of 30 pounds.
      Wife Sarah Isaac to have the rest and residue of the estate both real and personal for her natural life or widowhood.
      Daus Martha Isaac Rachel Isaac Jemima Isaac and Carolina Matilda Isaac at widow's decease or remarriage to divide the residue of the estate both real and personal between them including land, Negroes, stock, household furniture, plantation utensils, and crops of tobacco, corn, fodder, wheat, and rye.

      Indenture made October 26, 1778; Jonathan Montgomery Church, planter in consideration of 6 shillings lawful money paid by Richard Beall s/o Ninian has sold part of a tract called "Bacon Hall" which has not been formally sold by him. To have and to hold the said un-sold part of "Bacon Hall" in trust for the use of Sarah Moore, wife to John Moore during her natural life and after her decease in trust that the said Richard Beall shall sell the land at public sale to the highest bidder and equally divide the money arising therefrom amongst the children of David Grant, first husband of Sarah Moore, who shall then be living. Signed Jonathan Montgomery Church in the presence of and acknowledged before Christopher Lowndes, Richard Henderson and at the same time Alice Church wife of Jonathan Montgomery Church relinquished her right of dower
