      Bequeaths to:
      1. Mary Veitch --wife
      -ro have the use of the land and house where testator now lives during her widowhood for the purpose of maintaining and educating testator's children and in case she remarries, then to have one third of testator's land for her natural life
      -testator's horses, cattle, hogs and sheep to be sold in order to defray debts and should that not be enough, then to cut sufficient timber to do so
      -to have the use of testator's household furniture for her natural life and also all plantation utensils
      -testator's working tools to be sold to pay debts before the sale of wood from the land
      -testator's land to be sold at widow's decease and the proceeds from the sale to be divided among testator's children (unnamed) and should widow remarry then the rents from 2/3 rds of the land is to be applied to the education and support of testator's children and then sold

      Indenture made November 26, 1775; Joseph Camberlige and Alice Camberlige, planters of Frederick County, Maryland in consideration of 4 pounds common current money paid by John Turnbull, house joiner and carpenter of PGCo has sold part of a tract called "Blackask" containing 4 acres and beginning at the southwest corner of 1 acre of land late in the possession of William Cumming, Esq., deceased and bounded by the lots laid out by John Chittam for a town. Signed Joseph Camberlige, Alice Camberlige in the presence of and acknowledged before William Beatty, Jacob Young (JP's of Frederick County, Maryland)

      Indenture made January 7, 1779; John Turnbull, joiner in consideration of 800 pounds lawful current money paid by John Steuart, surgeon of Bladensburg has sold and improve lot in the Town of Bladensburg were the said John Steuart now dwellety and distinguished by the plot as "Lot Number 58"; also a tract called "Kidmore" alias "Cademour" containing 113 acres and which was granted to the said John Turnbull by patent bearing date October 17, 1774 and beginning at the end of the 3rd line of "Uncles Good Will Enlarged". Signed John Turnbull in the presence of and acknowledged before Christopher Lowndes, Richard Henderson and at the same time Sarah Turnbull wife of John Turnbull relinquished her right of dower

      Indenture made May 12, 1792; John Turnbull, planter of Montgomery County, Maryland in consideration of 80 pounds current money of Maryland paid by Gavin Lawrie, weaver of PGCo has sold part of a PGCo tract called "Blackash" containing 4 acres and beginning at the southwest corner of one acre of land late in the possession of William Cumming, Esq., deceased {Liber Q, Page 30, 24 Jun 1730} and bounded by the lines of the lots laid out by John Chittam for a town. Which land was purchased by John Turnbull from Joseph Camberlige and Alice Camberlige, planters of Frederick County, Maryland by deed dated November 26, 1775; and another part of "Blackash" containing 4 acres and sold by John Chittam to John Bradford and by his son Henry Bradford conveyed to John Turnbull by deed bearing date April 26, 1779. Signed John Turnbull in the presence of Rd Cramphin, Isaac Walker and acknowledged before and at the same time Rebecca Turnbull w/o John Turnbull relinquished her right of dower
