-should testator be the heir at law of plantation lying in Charles County --then Leonard to receive the rent fro the said land until he pays "the Expence of Lingern Sickness it Charge of my Buried and then the survive to return to the Survivor to which 1 sign as aforesaid but not haveing the use of my hand I request William Hlardacre to set my Name."

Watson, thence by James Badens, thence by Thomas N. Badens, and intersects No. 5 at James G. Harveys Gate which joins his fence to J. H. Warings.
